How can i rent the Fire station?

The old fire station can be rented for example: weddings, meetings, birthday partyies, etc.

The old fire station can fit 60 persons. It´s also possible to rent a professional kitchen or alternatively choose a catering service for you party.

Payment and cancelling terms

Person who is renting can cancel booking without costs 6 weeks before rental time. 

Rent need to be payed 6 weeks before event. You also need to send by e-mail a signed rental contract. The reservation comes into effect when both are compleated. 

Person who is renting can cancel booking 3-6 weeks before event. Then we will return half (50%) of rental costs. 

If the booking cancels under 3 weeks from planned event rental costs will not be returned. 

If you make booking under 6 weeks from event, you need to pay all the rental costs without delay. 

Regulations (shortly)

• Person who is renting are responsible off all official permissions that is needed for the event. 
• It´s forbidden to stay over night.
• The property need to be empty and all the doors locked before 01:30 am. 
• Person who is renting are responsible of the cleaning. The cleaning must be done before the rental time is ended if not something else is agreeded. 
• Person who is renting need to replace everything that is broken or loosed.
•  A rental contract needs to be assigned.
